There have been rallies around the country on September 17, the Day of Action in support of the Vestas wind turbine workers on the Isle of Wight. Students and workers met up at the Civic Centre in Newcastle prior to the rally down Northumberland Street through the city centre, to the Newcastle University Business Centre. (19/09/09)
