Seminar: "There Is A Way Out of the Crisis":

Draft Programme for the Working Class

This is a crucial time in the line of march of the united front of the working class and its allies, in the context of the national and international situation. In this context, the Revolutionary Communist Party of Britain (Marxist-Leninist) is holding seminar on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of RCPB(ML) and the 15th anniversary of the launch of its general line for this period, "There Is a Way Out of the Crisis". This seminar addresses the general line of RCPB(ML) in a number of papers, in order to facilitate discussion on the tasks facing the Party, the working class and the people, and on the way forward in participating in the political life of the country.

It is to be held on Saturday, March 14, 2009, in London, and everyone interested is encouraged to contact the Party in order to receive further details.

In this week leading up to the seminar, WDIE is posting documents of the Party so that the participants in the event can study and prepare. Today we are posting the text of the Draft Programme for the Working Class.

The Central Committee of the Revolutionary Communist Party of Britain (Marxist-Leninist) published the Draft Programme with its accompanying Corroborative Material in January 1995.

The 3rd Congress of RCPB(ML), held in March 1999, resolved to adopt RCPB(ML)’s Draft Programme for the Working Class. The Congress reaffirmed the necessity for such a programme and the stands the programme takes.
