Cuban youth mobilising for the success of the referendum
on the Family Code, September 17, 2022
January 1, 2023, marks the 64th anniversary of the victory of the Cuban
Revolution over the US-backed dictatorship of Fulgencio Batista. On this
occasion, RCPB(ML) sent a message to the Communist Party of Cuba, to President
Miguel Diaz-Canel and to the entire Cuban people and their leadership conveying
its warmest revolutionary greetings, with full confidence that revolutionary
Cuba will overcome the challenges it faces based on
mobilising the people and
releasing their intiative and their sentiment to defend their sacred
revolutionary project. This project is one of humanity and internationalism and
has the broad support of the peoples of the world.
We salute Cuba's President Miguel Díaz-Canel whose leadership has inspired the Communist Party, government and people to prevail over the many challenges Cuba has faced in recent years and continues to face today. We salute the Cuban Communist Party and the Cuban people whose courage, tenacity and humanity are without equal.
Since the triumph of the revolution, through their resistance and with solidarity from around the world, the Cuban people have scored momentous victories and upheld the principles of the revolution with its focus on the people as human beings and their well-being. The Cuban people have demonstrated through their actions in 2022 that they stand firm in defence of the revolution, their sovereignty, their peace and their social project. They have shown their fidelity to the course set by Fidel, Raul, and all the legendary leaders of the revolution, the path of social revolution and socialist construction. They have responded to the challenges of natural disasters and the tragedy of the massive fire at Matanzas in August with courage and fortitude, and our hearts go out to the Cuban people in these circumstances.
Cuba remains a beacon of social justice, affirming the human rights of the Cuban people, and standing as a mighty force contributing to peace and stability in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as globally.
Mass rally in Havana, July 17, 2021, in defence of the
revolution
The peoples of the world denounce the inhuman US blockade of Cuba and are inspired by the heroic resistance of the Cuban people. For our part, we will make every effort in 2023 to arouse public opinion to agitate for the ending of the monstrous and cruel policy of the US blockade, a policy which cannot survive in this world where people will be decisive in setting the course of history. We are confident that the Cuban people will overcome the challenges they face, and continue on the path of independence, sovereignty, social justice and human dignity.
Long Live Revolutionary Cuba!
Congratulations on the Occasion of the 64th Anniversary of the Cuban
Revolution!
Hasta la Victoria Siempre!
